- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

$50 Application Fee. $75 Administration Fee. Inital Deposits for 1Bedroom- $100, 2Bedroom- $200, and for a 3Bedroom $300. Pet Fees are as follows $300 for one pet and $500 for 2 pets. $10 Pet rent for anything over 25lbs.
